Half Price Tickets - Sustainable Living Show
A few days ago we received a call from a Streetbee, Philippa, whose day job is to organise "UK AWARE" a major sustainable living event being held at Kensington Olympia this Friday and Saturday (25-26th March). Philippa is working flat out but had time to share the vision and invite us to come along. Last week the number of messages sent through Streetbank increased significantly. We’ve been wondering why. We think it may be because we have made the message system more reliable - fewer messages are getting junked. We think it also might be because of the message we gave out last week which bears mentioning again! The message is – please don’t be shy to ask fellow streetbees for something they are offering. We have seen that many people don't ask for something until they have given something to someone else. So by asking you will give them permission to use Streetbank. In a strange way asking becomes an act of helping.
